My order was cancelled?

Your order may have been cancelled, due to courier pick up driver was delayed . “Don’t worry! We will update the your order and drop off to the designated sendle drop off location ASAP” You will receive a new tracking number.

 

I received an txt message to pick up?

Sendle (our current courier provider) sends the text message below as an auto-message, which is a system glitch on sendle’s end. We are currently working with them to rectify the issue. We want to ensure that your parcel is delivered efficiently and effectively.
